Just a little note

Haven't posted anything for a while and wanted to make sure and let you all know we are alive and well. ;0) Brittany has graduated and recieved her diploma in the mail about a month ago. We are very proud of her. Nick is still being homeschooled and is doing well. He almost has all the multiplication tables memorized. Hopefully this year will go much smoother and not so hectic as it was last year. So far, it has went pretty well. We are focusing on the core subjects. Reading, writing and math. We will also do this next year too.

That's about all that's new from my neck of the woods, at least what my brain can remember at 5:30 pm. :0))

Wonderful Soy Candles

If you like candles you will love these. They are good for the environment because they are made of soy. They burn clean unlike regular parafin candles that leave that black around the glass. You should give them a try.

You all have to try this. It is the best product that I have found out there. Works great and makes my computer run faster and smoother!

Too busy

Wishing that I wasn't so busy. School this year is taking up alot more time than I had planned. Nick still isn't into doing things on his own, so that makes it difficult. Plus, I am working more than before too.
I finally got a day free today. It is MLK day and the kids are at their dad's. I still have one other job that I can do, but I think I will pass. ;0) Or maybe just do it later.

I will try to write more later.

Going out this morning.

Motorcycle gone

We had to trade the motorcycle in. My hubby's poor legs and body just couldn't take riding his bicycle to work in the pooring rain and snow. We needed to have a pick up anyway, for hauling wood. He traded it in on a 02 Nissan Frontier. It is black and has four doors, so the kids get in the back and they feel very comfortable back there. Lots of room. 4x4 too. Took it up in the snow last Monday and it did great.
We are going to miss the motorcycle, but sometime needs outway the toys.
