Things are growing

These are some Hydrangea's that I bought today.  They are so pretty.  I've never seen any like them before. The ones below are a little different than the ones above.

Garden is growing up.

The poppies have went wild!

This rose bush has buds all over it.  I will take another picture when it is in full bloom.  It is a beautiful one.

I don't remember what this is called, but Brittany liked it so I got it for her.

Potted plans are really taking off and filling in.

Jumbie playing

Jumbie is in this tree and he has made a couple of birds really upset.  They have been fluttering around trying to get him out of the tree.  They don't have a nest in the tree, but they still don't want him in the tree. If you click on the pictures they will get bigger so you might be able to see him.

I
You can see the little bird out in the street.

Now Jumbie thinks he is hiding from Tuff.  He is waiting to pounce on him. LOL

We see you!

Little Red Bench

This was a bench that used to be Brittany's. She didn't want it any more cuz she didn't have the room. I painted it and put it out on the front porch. Now for the door! :) I want to paint my door red, but can't do it until I paint the house. It too is going to be needing paint soon. Probably next year. Still need to get the deck either fixed or rebuilt. That too might have to wait until next year.

So many projects and not enough time or money to do them.

My garden bed. There are zuchini, cucumbers, walla walla onions, and tomatoes so far. I planted some flowers in some of the blocks.

The ajuga went crazy this year. All the rain, no doubt! The hosta's are practically buried in it.

Another bed that needs to be edged. Just planted these wave petunia's. They are light purple, fushia, and deep purple. Should be really pretty when it all fills in.

Glad's are doing really well. Should be blooming before too long. Another month or so. Planted some moss roses in front of them.

I should have taken pictures when the azalea's were in full bloom. The ones that were in the other bed were a bright pink, and this one is white. Just planted the chocolate mint beside it. :) We love to go out and eat a leaf every so often. :)

Still need to edge these beds. The poppys are volunteers that showed up last year. Thought they were pretty so left them. They really went crazy this year. There are a couple of day lillies in here too, but they haven't started blooming yet.

Still need to edge this bed. Things are really looking pretty good except for a couple of the azalea's that froze two winters ago. They are starting to come back. The white thing in the back, is my dog watering some ornamental grass. :(

Still have some work to do on this end of the house. It gets full sun, so need the right kind of plants. The Rhodie actually needs to be moved. It gets way too much sun on this side. Although, it looks much better this year, then it did last year.
